St Mary’s/St Lawrence’s Lego Fundraising Project
Help! We need to rebuild the church! No, don’t worry, this isn’t part of a new planning nightmare for Caterham (our dear little St Lawrence’s is Grade 1 listed so no one can touch it!) but it is the launch of our amazing Legobuild.
To raise money over the next two years we are joining forces to create a beautiful lego replica of both churches – and you can take part at just £1 per brick! The wonderful Rhys Knight (pictured with one he made earlier!) has designed it for us and we have started already as visitors on Sunday found out.
We are starting with the main door of St Mary’s but a quarter of all the money raised will be spent maintaining and improving St Lawrence’s.
